Blighted by weapons related crime, the people of Nottingham rally together to make a stand against local criminality.

Out The Blue Is a film making group based in Bulwell and was set up by Fourmost Films in conjunction with Nottingham City Council.

Out the Blue will eventually be based in Bulwells New, Joint Service Cente upon it's completion in 2010. The group meets during weekends throughout the year and produces short films. The groups first project, a documentary exploring life in Bulwel was completed in April 2009.
